Let's hope the funding isn't in the form of the company selling shares on the open market. I don't think that has ever been mentioned by Generex or here and I hate to bring up dilution. If the up listing doesn't occur, the possibility that could happen increases. They have to pay the bills. That 10M loan is only going to go so far. I wonder if it is contingent on the up listing? Maybe that is why Generex hasn't signed the loan papers.

Hopefully the next q report will show some revenue.
