Just wondering if this could this be the reason for the recent down draft in the pps? Perhaps Cliff and Ray sold out a portion or all of there positions? hard to say.
The company Friday filed for there extension on the 10Q (NT 10-Q) :

this 10Q will reflect their Green Lotus products to CBD Life. should be far better report than the June 30th 10Q.
could be some loading up prior to the report? I am considering adding down at these attractive levels.
