The small dollar value of the notes has been a thorn in my head and in PCTL's pps. The technology is there, the studies are there looks was a no brainer when it was .04 imo. Yet even at current pps levels there having a hard time finding financing or a partner. Why do you think we're having trouble finding a partner or cash. The increase in the OS could of been avoided for a few bucks.
Jody did say they expect to be almost profitable by EOY. I wonder if that included the UK deal.
so much out there for the pickings I still don't get sub pennies besides Ontario which I thought was a bad deal.
