Whiners? Think that might be reserved for someone who blames INVESTED shareholders for demanding answers as to why nothing is getting done.
Please show me in the Nevada corporate code where shareholders have the right to demand anything. You bought stock, you take your chances. You don't like the way things are going, or the future, it seems to me you have three choices:
1. sell your shares and move on from the experience.
2. run your own slate of directors, file a proxy with the Nevada SoS, post the proxy
on OTCMarkets, have your meeting, take control of the company, and throw the bums out
3. accept your fate and wait like the 99.5% of us that are not whining on message boards
Here's a news flash. Dogs chase cars, and sometimes they catch them. I know a lot of dogs, I even know dogs that chase cars. I have never known a dog that knew what to do with a car once caught.
The moral of the story, be careful what you wish for.
