Long Post for Investors (redflix S5E04)

Going to start this one off with JPPC

Good guy. We talked. Our interest are aligned.

Look forward to him posting more.

Was on the call yesterday like a lot of you

Was trying to figure out the songs while waiting

One I heard a million times

Another investor

said The Blue Danube?

Now time to feel old

Time to see how fast it goes

That song is over 150 years old

I remember watching this as a kid

2001: A Space Odyssey

2001 seemed like a light year away then

yip, yip, yip

Still a light year away

Back to matzaball pic & post

I was wondering that yesterday when I seen it.

The word "game changing" gets used a bit, but what most of us don't see or hear, here is the perspective of the customer and end users.

I do, as do some of you

I'll talk about perspective more in the future

I don't know what a good "game changing" analogy is, but I'll throw one out there

Remember the days where every tool had a power cord?

Then tools, powered by batteries, came along?

I'd call that game changing. No longer tied to an outlet.

My lawnmower is battery powered and I have a big yard front and back.

I have at least 6 Ryobi battery packs

Reminds me of a game I used to play with my kids

I was a robot and chased them around

Until my battery back ran empty

Chance for Dad to take a breather

Kids always had a battery pack fully charged for me

That was before battery packs BTW

Would really suck to go back to a cord

Totally would blow my "I am a robot" game

But my games aside

Being able to manage your business on a phone from anywhere.

I'd call that game changing for direct sales too

But wait, there is more

The direct sales companies are not going back to stuffing flyers in doors and landlines phones

Not going to happen

They want and need technology to continuously evolve so they can maximize retention and sales. Without the people and tech, what do they have? A warehouse full of products.

Something I didn't share yesterday as I've been thinking about this new tech all night and today.

Actually for years

But not back in 2001

Had different thoughts then

We first saw this at the Micro Live event. Some of you remember and it was very cool. So cool.

We were all chatting and having a hoot of a time. I was really hoping to see this as a product as I can see the value and revenue it can generate. More on that in a bit. Hang in there.

Now they are signing up customers that are excited about it.

But wait, there is more

A few of you know

Maybe 2?

Microsoft Skype has limitations

Zoom has limitations

Video conferencing has limitations

Cost some serious bandwidth coin to do it

"Hey redspeed, we get it, the world has limitations, what's your point?"

If you don't know me by now, there is always a point

Never had a reason to point, the point, out

Why?

Because there are too many other people giving investment advice

They make a ton of money and you get screwed

Why?

Because maybe some do 2 minutes of DD and listens to them

Why?

Limitations on time, I don't know. I never was one to just click buy based on a MB post. But a lots are counting on you to do that. If not, they wouldn't be online M-F 8-4PM.

Why?

My battery back is getting low. Going to need to recharge.

Limitations are there for these companies to make money

With Microsoft, it's 50.

With Zoom, it's 500.

When one of the companies I worked for used to do conferencing, we had to outsource to providers that charge a lot as these guys, couldn't do it.

Now they can, but it cost $

But wait, there is more

Zoom's enterprise plan is $20/mo per host

Minimum of 500 hosts

"What's a host redspeed? I've seen aliens. You know, stomach scene"

Host is the person setting up the conference, webinar or whatever you want to call it. That was a good questions and Hang onto that thought.

I'll do the math for you

That is $120K a year

Yip, yip, yip

Great solution but kind of pricey?

Hasn't stopped customers or shareholders

But wait, there is more

About to get insane

Zoom is now a $19B company

"With limitations"

What if

What if you were a direct sales company and wanted to give all your sales associates video conferencing capabilities?

Crazy!

That would be good, no?

I have no idea if that is a requirement so forward looking redflix statement for those keeping track of an anonymous poster on a chat board

You could go with Zoom and the first 500 that sign up get it and it only cost you $120K/yr

What if you had 100,000 sales associates?

That would be bad, no?

Anyone going to pay $24 million?

That would be fugly, yes?

I get pricing

I get it a lot

You'll get it cheaper in volume

OK, 90% insane discount sounds good for $2.4M?

But redspeed, they could always use FB right?

If that was the case, every corporation in the world would do their webinars and conference calls on FB. I can tell you they don't. I can tell you 10 reasons why.

But wait, there is more

None of these conferencing solutions have live links like I saw yesterday that I know of

None of these conferencing solutions have live links like I saw today that work on replay, that I know of

I've watched a number of these webinars. It's easy to multitask and do other things.

What if they were more engaging. I can tell you, in the experience I saw at the end of the Q3 call, I was 1000% engaged.

What will Rory pop up next on the screen. I clicked on them all. I was engaged.

But wait, there is more

So here is the kicker

These webinars attract so many people

If my experience on what I saw yesterday was "Oh Sh-t!"

What will their experience be?

Not only that, but it is a conduit to the masses

To see the value of interactive videos

The path to education and mass adoption.

Expose 1M people to interactive videos

What will those 1M do

Maybe figure out how effect it can be?

Expose 1M people to anything

What do you think is the outcome?

One of my favorites

"I got something that will sho' 'nuff set your stuff on fire"
