earlier this year oil prices were expected by many to rebound to ca 75 by july 2019-which obviously didnt happen-many uncertainties which normally might have caused price to rise instead caused price to fall as investors somewhat illogically, as articles noted, fled those uncertainties
even potentially devastating attacks against saudis biggest refinery only caused a few day rise in prices
