My nobo opinion is that should sign a deal with their "perfect " partner regardless of how the lawsuit turns out. In some of the past postings on this board, I believe Pluto gave the impression that Decn was becoming a Research and development company. Given their past 2 quarterly reports lack of sales numbers but many new products in the pipe line, it seems that's what they have become. Let somebody else so the selling!
