This is what I don't get and maybe I am just not that smart ({Probably not). But, we just saw a rise up to 1.18, then all of a sudden, it just started dropping down as the bids popped back in again low after being high.

The Ask was going up, then poof! it dropped the moment the bids dropped real low, almost like in parallel. It's like instead of someone wanting to sell their shares at the best price, they are wanting to sell cheap.

Edit: I know stock fluctuates, but this seems to happen here quite a bit.
