Don't really have much on my list tonight stock wise. I see PHIL .0001 had bid come back .0001/0002 vol: 273M (kinda large vol): They dropped a 10Q today.

The share structure is not great.

They promised a share buyback months ago but was heavily diluted. Seems typical for a .000 stock.
