I will also add ascm on the ask today for the first time. They are a known, the only MM I know, that does short OTC. Other will short to provide liquidity, but try to cover same day. They short for profit imo having watched them for a couple years now. Any big gap up in otc stock, ascm will show up same day, even in otc stocks with zero dilution. So that MM shorts imo, possible they shorted a little today, with big volume and no moment. JMO having seen it with my own eyes, many on iHub like homebrew will say that is crazy though. I strongly disagree.
