Big milestone reached.
And the timing makes it interesting!
If EMOR was thinking about making a "tender" for the entire company, it just got pricier.
If they don't, the JV between TODOS and Amarantus just got stronger.
Interesting to see if this pushes negotiations back or speeds things up.
