Not to speak for BL, but I believe he's saying that CROI responds to abstract submissions today via email. If, by chance, Dr. Sacha's abstract (I think another was submitted as well) was selected for a premier spot in the conference, it would represent potentially groundbreaking news in the field. If that information were leaked to someone prior to the acceptance being made public, there might be a buying opportunity in the meantime.
