imo the volume had to be done based on how NR (non retail) marked yesterday

they had no choice but to dilute (add volume) or the % marked for DRS %s
would have been about 85% .. imo

*volume* on PTOI is unusual .. back to back *volume* is even more unusual
but with that said .. there clearly was an entity that *maintained* 90 day volume
avgs on PTOI from the last day PTOI had 1M~ (b4 yesterday) on 1.29.19 into
early June .. then it literally stopped for Jun & Jul .. slowly restarted in August
then was kicked up in both September & October

NR (non retail) has a problem imo with PTOI being *green* re: YOY%s for back to back years (2019/2020)

remember NR kept nailing that .008 *close* on PTOI in 2018 .. up thru EOY (12.31.18)
