Shareholders need to continue to make their concerns known. Should they have any. I suggest contacting the company through the company email, Todd's email and as well as Joe's. Why email? Having a written record is important.

This morning, I sent a short note to Todd regarding the insider share purchase concern I have. I also asked for the BOD contact info so I could share my thoughts on this matter and others with them directly.

Why am I taking this step? Generex's main function as a public company, is to operate a business which increases shareholder value. Clearly that is not happening. Recent corporate actions have lead to or at least, contributed to value destruction. IMO.

Perhaps a turn around will happen today.
