Yes, this is the biggest reason for the selling imo. People selling shares to participate to help fund the company until some financing deal. I bought some 30s today, I suspect that cash will go straight to the company to exchange shares + warrants; the middle men though get a steal, shares + warrants. But the strategy will help get the BLA done and looks like the deal is still a go. 48 days until end of year....we are counting down
