It would currently have to get us 2.05 over right now, based on what was in the 10-K, all things considering if we are looking a PPS of 3.00 for NASDAQ.
But you still need to take into account the GNBT dividend as well and any fluctuation in PPS between now and then.
I just think we need some help leading up to Nov 29th. The big question is, where the heck are we going to get it from? PPS dropped .13 Yesterday from 1.08 to .95.
