Their market cap went from 160 million to basically 40 million in a few months. They pushed their dividend from Oct 29th to Nov 29th on the day of the dividend. They stated they needed to be at 2.00 to get on Nasdaq and keep saying it's in progress and it's in progress and PPS is .96 right now. Their 10-K shows it might not have met the NASDAQ requirements.
There are a lot of problems here. Do I seem a bit frustrated? Kind of. Mainly because I heard Joe state time and time again how he values shareholders, yet the PPS has sunk faster than the Titanic and Generex has been pretty quiet about the whole thing except for a PR here or a PR there and a CC here or a CC there that really has not helped anything.
I hope they do something major in the next 16 days. These are going to be the longest days for the shareholders in Generex. Even for the ones who have been with Generex for a long time. The PPS is now getting close to being down to their price of long ago.
