Pestell seems very eager to polish his image. A friend noticed this:
For example, on his Google Scholar profile, he only chooses very narrow tags in order to appear at least in the Top 10's: Breast Cancer Prostate Cancer Stem Cells Cell Cycle Oncology

From a quick look, I'd say the real KOL's in the cancer field with 100000+ citations use the tag "cancer", not "oncology", for instance.
