We currently have two patients. It is unknown whether it was the August 6th patient who was taken off leronlimab and there is a different patient or whether there was an earlier patient that was removed.

They went from CCR5 expression on tumor cells to CCR5 expression on leukocytes surrounding the tumor. From my understanding a highly elevated CCR5 expression overall (on dendrites, macrophages and lymphocytes) would indicate leronlimab usage on cancer. They are using a more restrictive criteria because it is more likely to lead to better results.
