GNBT owns roughly 95% of NGIO, w the balance previously going to GNBT shareholders in the 1:4 div.
There is nothing to “share” right now, as NGIO is in research mode. However, they will sell some additional % w the spin off, and that $ will hopefully be big enough to fund further R&D at NGIO as well as provide some cash to GNBT due to majority (51-???%) ownership.
