Agreed. I see the ask bouncing back and forth to 1.09 but it seems stuck on 1.07 a lot. When you look at Level 2 Quotes, and I know there are a lot of asks probably don't show up on there, but there is not a lot of volume in those numbers between 1.09 and 1.89.
