Hulk: Understood, and please know that I am NOT saying "Just get the deal done." I work in entertainment and ask my clients "What do you want?" and they invariably say "I want a deal!" to which I respond, "No, you don't want a deal, you want a GOOD deal" and they understand. We all want a good deal here, but we also want our expectations managed because OUR money is on the line.
In the case of NP and CYDY, all we know is what we are told, and too much of what we have been told has changed, and while that certainly does happen, it is back to the idea of managing expectations that has me concerned. If you tell me something is going to happen by a certain date and that date comes and goes without meaningful explanation, it doesn't make me want to keep giving you my money.
We all want the best deal we can get, without CYDY going bankrupt in the meantime. I have ZERO idea what kind of experience NP has with deals like this. Has he surrounded himself with people who DO have great experience navigating such deals? I don't know. But I do know we accept excuses time and time again, without meaningful steps forward that increase SP. NP has no fear of shareholders, nor concern about them. We cannot jump horses midstream, but I truly have no idea how far we are from shore at this point, and the water is rising.
