Hulk: Maybe he is "sitting back knowing that we are going to have incredible continued data" but let's be realistic. 1) He has missed timeline after self-imposed timeline; 2) We cannot pay our rent and neither can CYDY pay it's rent/bloated salaries on data; 3) We keep telling ourselves "Oh, NP missed his timelines again and SP is down? Oh, let's just give the old chap more time, because hey, we don't want to consider the possibility that he screwed up the deal and it isn't actually happening, and we could be broke before all of this allegedly wonderful data creates an organic rise in SP."

We are cutting him waaaaay too much slack, even if things end up ok in the end. Hey... I COULD handle your capital murder case since I am an attorney, but since it's not my specialty, I'm really not the man for the job, no matter how confident and "arrogant" I appear to be.

And what will you say once Jan 1, 2020 roles around and there is STILL no deal and we're diluting more and more? "Oh, let's give NP until Valentine's Day!" No backbone since we're all praying for what we've been told is coming...
