I have a simple question: on the 10k it says very early on ~22mm unaffiliated shares (defined as float), ~44mm O/S. I’ve been looking for clarity on which shares are div eligible. It is my understanding the float is div eligible. Is the answer to how many shares are div eligible ~22mm???
