No offense, but you just gave yourself a little leeway right there:
the 'give or take' can mean end of November and sometime after that whenever it may happen or even before. So, theoretically, you could put it end of December with that statement.
Just because an auditor puts in plenty of time and allots for lots of time based on audits for two years, super8k, consolidation, and contract work does not mean I’m not the guy doing the work, so what I said on the conf call, end Of November is my date as announced in conf call give or take, otherwise I would never of said it.
