Lol, point taken. To put his words into writing in a PR about something after the fact, than a prediction of what is to come, though holds more weight legally with the sec. So I would be very surprised if this was a drop from say 10 to 9. Also, I'm not sure if the FDA would be happy with specifics to be given at this point with just the one patient, hence probably the non-specific language allowing some needed positive energy without stepping on toes. Just my guess.
