The Company would have a high bar proving anything.
A bar that I believe the company and its supporters are willing to attempt jumping over. The lawsuits, yes it will be plural, will be funded by shareholders. I am one of these shareholders.
The Company's energies and funds should be laser focused on building the company and CREATING shareholder value.

The quarterly report is due out later this week, lets see if the company thanks certain message board posters for all of the advice and wisdom they are offered. On the other hand, having been there myself with the running of small public companies, what the advice givers think is wisdom, the company may call it arrogance. But let's see.
