The regulations recently inacted have made it so that trading restricted penny stocks is very difficult if not almost near impossible. I'm very hopeful that the company takes this into consideration and can secure brokerages to facilitate the movement of these shares to the public market.
Otherwise, there are going to be alot of very upset people holding worthless paper.
Nobody wants that I'm sure !!!!!
