I would think Donohoe could have a highlighted copy of the 10k ready for the Naz that would show in 5 minutes whether we meet the Equity and Assets #s... so if we meet the price requirement (big "if" IMHO), I would think Donohoe could earn their pay and get it done rather quickly (since the rest of the application has reportedly been reviewed on an on-going basis so far).
