Walkout is BACK! (Forgot to mention this so I'll add it at the top)
You can see the synergies of the two companies happening in Q3, less than a quarter from the acquisition in Q2
Keep that in mind
Acquisition in April
Q3 started in July
I mentioned this a number of times
How fast a company is accelerating, will determine the multiple
sp is currently priced as if there is little growth
Like a CAGR of 4% or some crazy low number
Now you know there is real growth
Signing enterprise customers up 250% with 14 new customers
This is not 14 users at $10 a pop
These are companies with potentially hundreds, thousands, tens of thousand users in the future
Revenue from just the new contracts valued at about $800K/yr
Revenue increasing ~400% quarterly
Moving onto other sectors
Introducing some game changing, category killers
Hear more in a few days or week
Rory feels good about Q4 and 2020
I can see why if you already signed up 5 customers for Learn
Let's say 1 is standalone (customer facing app) and the other 4 were an add on
If I understand the pricing model and my math is correct, that is
$660K of revenue a year minimum
Now how many more of VERB's existing customers want to sign up?
How many new customers will want to sign up?
Now think about those new customers that they signed
The $3,500/month is the minimum
How many will add more than 1,400 users?
If they do, they no longer are at the minimum and that revenue goes up
We no longer have to wait for growth.
The future is now
Oh, BTW, VERB is official not just another CRM company
LMS too!
