Well, if they "check the last 2 boxes" of Equity and Net Tangible Assets w the 10k tomorrow, that would leave the minimum share price criteria. In theory, if we meet that one way or another, the Naz could accept the uplist tomorrow and probably have it listed Wednesday.

That would be fantastic, but I wouldn't bet you a nickel it will happen...
