I've made many a decision after saying....surely UNVC will have taken off by then.

I just think the PPS is ridiculously low for what Doc has going on. The announcements of Peoples and Grant to the BOD should have us at a dollar already. The amount of money that will come into this stock when we get the official reveal will be incredible. IMO
