My McKesson rep responded to my inquiry about Excellagen:

"Hey there, doesn’t look like we’re selling this yet but probably won’t be too long."

Sounds like it is a known product but not yet being sold to outpatient clinics in my area yet. Remember, it takes time to train reps on new products, especially general sales reps. Big wound centers and specialty practices like podiatry probably buy at a deeper discount and have specialty reps who would be better informed and have access before others.
