Personally I won't sell out, but I will take a stock loss, and have another one next year if it doesn't move up then. It won't bring sufficient cash to make it worth selling out now.
As to what it's worth, how can anyone know as long as the company doesn't share what it's doing, other than they'd like an okay for a R/S. They'll not get that from me for anything close to 1 for 700, but I'd be more willing to consider it if they moved the stock up to around a nickel by telling shareholders their plans, then tried for something that bring the share price to roughly $1.
