People can exit at whatever price they like. That's their prerogative. I happen to believe an exit at $0.0005 is a very poor decision, but only time will tell. After the run from $0.0003 to $0.0012, $0.0003 wasn't seen again except for a couple of bid whacks. I expect the same will apply to prices below $0.0010 in the near-term.
I don't know what news is coming, but if its substantial, $BCAP should be trading above $0.0010 permanently.
For some perspective: 72M shares were traded in the whole of January 2013 vs. the 180 Ask wall at $0.0003 in August 2012. The current Ask wall is only 13M shares.
