Yes , I don't know also , for a medicine without one serious side effect why 70% efficacy they made a cutoff for mono ,
but they did have 75% with 525 mg many months ago , why not to approve and then ask for more studied/tests with other things and doses ..
This is the only medicine for HIV so far without serious side effects , I know it is very important to FDA , so many things they doing and asking for with Leronlimab I cant understand..
It is very good they made company to look for Receptor Occupancy Test , but it is enough now , lets approve and than continue to improve as with many other drugs..
Why pivotal mono all together at this point....
And , I will never understand why they didn't approve our combo with 81% efficacy with 350 mg , this is for patients who are resistant , sick and many dying..
It could be approve many months ago , everything else could be improve later ..
For long time now , I am not sure if all this may have innocent explanation ,
But as always IMO only.
