Trding , I was thinking , in the past we were told that our pivotal mono will be most probably ,

--4 wks of overlap treatment ....
--6 weeks inductions period ......
--than maintenance period ...

So actually outcome will be the same ,
first results..... 0-10 wks , .......than >10 weeks.

( Of course in a final protocol we will see exactly what is in it ...)

I don't know , people telling me it is ok , so I will just take it as OK...

As a clinician , this is not how I will like to see reports ,
I will like to see my results from 0 to 20 , 30 or whatever week.....

I know that with Receptor Occupancy Test and longer overlap , results should be even much better then we had until now !!!

And thank you for all the charts graphs etc , they all unbelievable ....
