Well I don't think it was Marek penning the email. I also received that particular email from being on the companies notification list.
Per the broken English it's pretty safe to assume Nader wrote it. Not a knock on him, it was just written similar to how he communicates.
I've sent him a couple of emails. Maybe 3, he responded to 1. I think the email covers most of what he can tell us without crossing the line of giving out insider non public knowledge that isn't via press release.
Besides he's the CEO of a public company. As much as I'd like to know what's going on, I'd rather he be hashing out deals and getting part 2 of the BLA submitted vs responding to shareholders emails and giving out too much info that has the SEC knocking on his door.
