I disagree with both paragraphs.
A private blockchain used within a company would keep all data private.
A public blockchain is meant to be seen by all parties for track and trace. It doesn't reveal company secrets.
QMC is NOT looking to be a volume seller of QD but instead is wanting licensing and royalties so they get the full value of the QD contribution to the end product.
