People are entitled to their opinions, agree with them or not.
From my DD, it's obvious that the ACoE is in charge of Pebble and it's progress. Look at the reports the ACoE has filed and you will see that Pebble is in full compliance. This is why opposition has been unable to stop the project to date.
I believe that it will be very hard for opposition to stop Pebble as long as they remain in full compliance. The ACoE has made it clear that Pebble is in full compliance and they see any effect on the environment is minimal at the most, as they see it.
