It jumped up to 1.29 just a bit ago, then dropped back down to 1.20. just so inconsistent. 10-K next week (good news), dividend right around the corner (good news), NGIO (good news).
Ok, I get the stock not skyrocketing (wait and see attitude), but even right now, the inconsistency.
