LieHub is a privately owned site and as such can create their own rules for posting and administer their site however they want.  Not much the SEC or anyone can do about that.

However, the fact that they have management and associates who are charged and convicted felons running the asylum is another matter.  All who post there should be made aware of the convicts and their unscrupulous efforts to distort the truth about stocks like KMAG.   They should be carefully watched by the SEC.  To any casual observer, it is obvious  that LieHub is blatantly working with shorts doing the same thing they've already been convicted of, manipulating the market.  KMAG is just one of many stocks they and their affiliates work daily attempting to destroy.
