This seems to be a trial by 60 company employees - or, a trial involving 60 company vehicles (could be more than 60 employees who use the company cars). If this trial is successful, the "target audience" for sales will be all of this company's clients/premiums - which will be a number extremely higher than 60.

I think last week's tweet mentioned follow-up today with this potential client. And, hopefully, Steve is pitching the products to additional insurance companies.
