So I guess it really boils down to when Dr. Dalton officially filed the paperwork for the merger process. I would venture that it was at least 30 days ago, maybe much longer than that.

"some people do not understand the complexity of what is being done" on Sept. 22,

"Thanks shareholders we are good" on Oct. 2.

Would be real nice for the Kraken to be released before the end of the year!
