Remember that the company will first transition to ON4 Colorado. The share structure for ON4 Colorado is the same as current structure......So an OS of 4.6 bil is a non issue. In addition, the OS now is at 4.1 bil anyway, higher than the AS for HEXA.
One way to easily deal with this is to pay for the 48K due on 12/1 and buy shares either by the company or CEO.
The company alone can buy back up to 2 bil shares at 0.0001 based on the $200K cash at hands or up to one bil shares at 0.0002.
In Summary, I am staying the course here and likely buy more shares......Worth the risk.
