Why do you think CEO Berman is working to keep the PPS low? That seems counter intuitive to someone who owns a lot of shares. I don't buy the supposition that the CEO has purposely kept the PPS down so friends & family could buy more shares. There has been plenty of time for buying all of the cheap shares anyone would want/need if that was the plan.
