Some on where have been looking into Univec syringe history and patents. I read a while back looking through some SEC filings that they changed their business focus from syringes due to competition and pricing out. Terumo, BD, Medline are just a few of the players in syringes now. That is not a market to jump into for any sort of profit or gaining market share. It is already saturated. If we have our own syringe technology still, it would just mean cost savings if we use our own syringes etc for any pre-filled syringe medicines we may or may not have in the pipeline. IMHO.
