reason for price drop , my guess he selling his shares .

PTOP is down bc Tangiers Capital invested $25k and was issued a toxic convertible note approx 2 years ago is now able to convert out with a 4A1 legal opinion. If they converted it all, their cost basis would be $.0006 (50% discount to $.0012) to approx 50-60mil shares, considering interest and penalties due to financials not being current. however I doubt that it was all converted at once.
