It’s not only the noteholder, clearly someone is selling that is participating in the next funding round.
The financing issue is a major put off.
800 shareholders (NP spoke of 2,000 recently I recall) is not a lot like you say.
Once it takes off it really takes off because that small group of shareholders is really committed to holding on till Cydy is quoting in the $$.
