Totally agree, TC. We need revs urgently to fund ops and expansion of current business lines. After AltuCell, enough w the growth thru new deals, until we can get some organic growth rolling w what we have.
We also have debt out there for Olaregen, Regentys, etc. at $2.50/sh. So each time one of these pay dates comes due, and it's being paid w stock, we either have to renegotiate or pay the difference between $2.50 and the recent share price. That wasn't such a big deal at $2+, but it is now.
And if we start missing these payments, the owners of these Co's can start to claw back ownership. This is a big problem on the horizon, and it would be a disaster if it happens w Olaregen right now. That said, Olaregen needs to meet their end of the bargain, and get Excellagen to market asap and as broadly as possible. I don't feel like they have met their time frames, either, but I can't find any specific dates or goals for them sales-wise.
If Joe could announce one or 2 of these "$10MM" licensing deals for Excellagen, that would be huge, if only to secure our ownership of Olaregen... our best option for cash in the next Q or 2, IMO, other than a successful spin of NGIO.
